Do I need to do anything before the cleaners arrive?

You don’t have to do anything to prepare for the cleaners arrival, but by picking up toys, clothing, or any other items from floors, etc you will maximize your cleaning time.

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

Some clients do prefer to be home, but in most cases they are not able to or choose not to.  You can supply us with a key or entry code or you can leave one somewhere safe every cleaning.  Your key is coded so if by chance it is misplaced, your information will never be linked to the key.

Are you insured?

BreakTime Cleaning Services is fully insured, and all employees are bonded.  Criminal record checks are current on every employee.

What if something gets broken?

Accidents happen, however should anything be broken or damaged, we will either have the item fixed or be replaced with same.  We treat your home the same as if it were ours until we leave.

How long will it take to clean my home?

The time it will take to clean will depend on many factors in your home.  We will do an estimate for you as accurate as we can.  Generally, if the house has not been cleaned professionally in 4-6 months, the first cleaning is usually a bit longer.

Do you supply cleaning products?

We supply all cleaning products as well as all the equipment.  If by chance you would like us to use any of your products or equipment, we gladly will, but it will not change the estimate.

How is payment made?

We accept cash, cheques, credit cards or etransfers at time of cleaning.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 48 hours or may be subject to a cancellation fee of one hour.  We do take into consideration short notice for illnesses etc.

What are your rates?

Please call the office for our rates and an estimate.

What areas do you service?

We service all areas of the City of Winnipeg and will go outside the perimeter for an extra fee.
